Sauna Sessions
Guided Sessions
Each 60 minute session involves three to four rounds of alternating sauna and cold plunge. During our guided sessions you can expect to be in the sauna with up to 8 other people. We use breathwork, meditation and conversation to facilitate the experience. Each guide leads slightly differently. No two sessions are exactly the same, but you can always expect to leave fully relaxed and restored.
Open Sessions
Choose your own adventure Fire & Ice style. Move between our wood fired barrel sauna and cold plunge at your leisure. Come solo or with a group. Either way you can expect lively conversation, laughter and relaxation. There will always be a sauna attendant available for anything you might need.
What to Wear
Footwear
Footwear that can easily slide on and off is best. Crocs, slides or flip flops work great. Generally people go barefoot in the sauna and cold plunge and slip on their shoes to walk between the different zones.
Clothing
Wear something you don’t mind getting soaked. A bathing suit, yoga or exercise clothes are great options (clothing is required).
Accessories
Hats: Some individuals choose to wear a wool hat while in the sauna. Sauna hats allow your body to regulate temperature more effectively while in the heat. If you don’t have your own, we offer hats for rent or sale
Robes: We invite you to bring a cozy bath robe to lounge in outside while resting between rounds or socializing.
What to Bring
Towels
Bring 2 Towels - one to sit on while in the Sauna and one to dry off with after the plunge.
If you forget yours at home, don’t worry we have towels to use for $2 per towel.
Hydration
Bring a large water bottle (NO GLASS).
We encourage you to come hydrated and stay hydrated.
Drink Early and Drink Often! We recommend Liquid IV Electrolyte Replacement to help replenish electrolytes lost while sweating. You can purchase some here or bring your own.
We have complimentary filtered water.
